FAQ
Every question, answered straight.
No fine print, no dodging. If yours isn't here, call the demo line — a person will pick up.
The basics
Good — keep it. Those apps are great for the customers who book online. But most bookings in this business still come through the phone, and none of those apps answer it. ViaServices is the phone layer your booking app is missing: it catches the caller who wants to talk to someone right now, books them, and you stay in charge of your calendar.
It opens with a short line — “thanks for calling, I'm the front desk for [your shop], how can I help?” — and from there it just handles the call. Most callers don't ask. The ones who do are told. Either way, they get their question answered and their appointment booked, which is what they were calling for in the first place. Call the demo line and judge with your own ears.
It never guesses. When something's truly outside what it knows, it takes the caller's details, texts them back so they're not left hanging, and flags it for you. You handle the unusual stuff the way you always have. The everyday calls — book, reschedule, prices, hours — it handles itself.
No. Month-to-month. Cancel any time, no phone call, no exit interview. If it's not earning its keep, you should leave — and we'd rather you do that than resent us.
You and half the owners we talk to — and the burn is almost always the contract. We don't do contracts. Your dashboard shows exactly what got answered and booked, every week. When it's working, you'll see it. When you can see it, nobody needs a contract to make you stay.
About a week from “yes” to live. One short call to learn your business, then we build the playbook, you check it, we flip the switch. Most owners spend less time on this than they do on a single staff meeting.
Pricing
The whole front desk: 24/7 call answering and booking, instant text-back for missed calls, confirmations and day-before reminders, cancellation-to-waitlist refills, and your Monday dashboard. No add-ons, no per-minute fees, no per-seat pricing. $497 flat, every month. Review collection and customer win-back are growth add-ons — but your first two weeks include them free so you can see what they pull.
The discovery call is free — book a 15-minute call and we'll show you what you're missing. If you come on board, the $100 covers a week of monitoring your line plus setting everything up for you, and it's credited to your first month.
There's normally a one-time $500 setup — but it's waived for every business that signs on in August. Then it's $497/month, month-to-month. The discovery call is free; the $100 audit + setup is only billed if you continue, and it's credited to your first month.
Sign on in August and you get $297/month for your first six months — $200 off the regular $497 — plus the $500 setup fee waived. That's about $1,700 saved in your first six months. After six months the rate moves to the standard $497, by which point your dashboard has shown you exactly what it's earning you.
You didn't lose that customer because you're not good. You lost them because you were busy being good — for somebody else.
