Terms of Service

ViaServices, built by SageAAA in Atlanta, GA, provides an AI front-desk service for appointment-based businesses. You pay $497/month, month-to-month. A one-time $500 setup fee applies to new accounts and is currently waived for businesses that sign on in August. No contract, and you can cancel any time.

We answer your forwarded calls, book appointments into the availability you give us, send confirmation and reminder texts, and provide a dashboard. We do our honest best, but we can't guarantee a specific number of bookings or that every call will be handled perfectly.

Billing is monthly and handled through our secure checkout provider. A one-time $500 setup fee applies to new accounts and is currently waived for businesses that sign on in August. Businesses that sign on in August also get $297/month for their first 6 months, after which the rate is the standard $497. The discovery call is free — no card. If you continue, the optional $100 audit + setup is billed and credited to your first month. Cancel any time; you won't be billed for the following month.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us (hours, services, prices, availability) and for complying with the laws that apply to your business and its communications with customers.
